The map looks small
The full-network view shows all operating MRT and LRT stations. Pinch, double-tap or use + to zoom. Choose City centre for a closer view. Tap a station name or coloured station code to see its details.
Timetable versus live trains
Timetable departures come from LTA’s published schedule and are labelled TIMETABLE. They are not a live prediction. LTA real-time train updates cover disruptions and may be absent in normal service. Always follow station announcements and train destination signs.
Station crowd
Crowd reports describe the station, not a train carriage. A recent but expired reporting interval is labelled with its report time and “not live”. Reports older than 20 minutes after their interval ends are hidden.
Location or walking route unavailable
Allow location while using the app. A quick fix centres the rail map near the closest station, with a more accurate update when available. Once allowed, this also happens on launch. Underground or approximate GPS may be inaccurate; choose a station manually if needed. Walking directions and address search require a network connection and the OneMap service.
Using the app offline
The native apps include the network map. On the Web, open the app online once to cache it. You can still view and search stations and use saved stations offline. Live information and walking directions require a connection.

For emergencies or urgent station assistance, contact station staff or the relevant emergency service.
